Great meal with friends on Friday, good weather for the picnic on Sunday, Lovely day with Ann at Harlow Carr on Monday.

Thank you for knowing three generations of an inspiring family. A party celebrating a 50 year birthday, a brother and sister accompanying each other singing and playing clarinet, and a 75 year old in poor health starting a new adventure.

Thankful for a cycle ride this morning, watching abseiling in Liverpool, and diving in Edinburgh this evening - watching Tom Daley win gold.
